Wrap Around Care
We are delighted to offer before and after school care for children who attend our school.
Breakfast Club
- Our Breakfast club is open each school day from 8.00 to 8.45am.
- Breakfast is served from 8.00am - 8.30am consisting of a choice of cereals and yoghurts.
- Payments are due in advance and places need to be booked in advance. One session costs £1.50.
- If you would like to register your child, please contact the school office to discuss your requirements and to request registration forms.
- Please note that the cost of Breakfast Club increases to £2.00 as of September 2024.
After School Club
- Our After School Club is open each school day from:
- 3.10/3.15pm - 4.30pm - Option 1 - £6.00
- 4.30pm - 5.30pm - Option 2 - £8.00
- Payments are due in advance and places need to be booked in advance.

Wrap Around Care from September 2024
We have been reviewing the organisation, pricing, booking and payment system for our Breakfast and After School Club.
With effect from September 2024, we will be implementing a more effective and efficient booking system that will allow you to control the bookings you require via our online SCOpay system for both breakfast and after school club.
Pricing
We have reviewed the pricing of our Breakfast Club and due to increased costs, please be aware that the cost of Breakfast Club will be increasing to £2.00 per session, per child with effect from September 2024.
The pricing for our After School club currently remains unchanged.
Registration
Parents/Carers who require access to Wraparound provision need to:
- Read our Wraparound Care Policy and Handbook.
- Complete and sign our registration form and return to the school office. This needs to be returned to the school office by Friday 8th June 2024 to ensure you are given access to the booking system ahead of it being made live. Failure to sign and return the registration form could result in a delay in being able to access the booking system which may mean you are unable to secure any bookings you may wish to make.
Booking System
It is important for us to be clear that parents/carers will be responsible for making bookings, the school office will not be able to book, hold or reserve places. The new online booking system will go live on Monday 1st July to allow parents/carers to secure childcare bookings for September 2024.
Once the booking system is live, you will have access and be able to book sessions a term in advance. The booking system will have a cut off period from midnight the night before the booked session and amendments to bookings can also be made up to this time. Unfortunately, sessions that have been booked and have not been amended or cancelled within that deadline will still incur the session charge.
The SCOpay booking system will be limited to the number of spaces available each day as below:
- Breakfast Club: 80 places
- After School Club: 45 places
Once the maximum number of spaces has been reached you will not be able to book your child into the session and therefore your child will not be able to attend. Sessions will be available to book on a first come, first served basis. To ensure you have a place, we recommend you book and pay for sessions well in advance.
Payment
Payment will be required up front to secure the place, the system will not allow bookings to be made without payment and/or sufficient credit on your account.
If you are a parent/carer paying via childcare vouchers, the Government tax free scheme or Childcare Payment Grant Scheme, the system will allow you to make a booking with voucher payments continuing to be made directly to the school bank account.
Parents will be able to book and pay for the sessions needed and the following coding of sessions is explained below:
Breakfast Club
- A (Attending) – This will automatically generate a charge of £2.00 per child, per session
After School Club
- A: Attending 3.15pm – 4.30pm
This will automatically generate a charge of £6.00 per child, per session. - E: Extended Session: 3.15pm – 5.30pm
This will automatically generate a charge of £8.00 per child, per session. - C: Club Session: 4.15pm – 5.30pm
(This session may be selected where your child has attended a club after school and childcare is needed for the period after the club)
This will automatically generate a charge of £5.00 per child, per session.
We acknowledge that as this is a new system and there may be teething issues, the school office will work to support parents/carers as and when any queries arise.
