- Action planning to ensure Safeguarding at Meadows continues to evolve in its effectiveness.
- Quality of provision assessment to ensure safeguarding at Meadows is continuously under review.
- Online safety - focusing on the safeguarding requirements and knowledge needed in this growing area of concern.

Mrs Mejer is our Deputy Headteacher.
In her role as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leader, her main priorities are:
- Leading the establishment of excellent behaviour to keep children and staff safe.
- Supporting children, families and staff members in challenging behaviour circumstances.
- Prevent - understanding the safeguarding requirements and knowledge needed to keep our children and community safe from the threat of terrorism.
- Child Sexual Exploitation - understanding the safeguarding requirements and knowledge needed to keep our children safe from the risks of child sexual exploitation.
- Children in Need and Child Protection - Supporting families at the category of child in need or child protection.

Mrs Roberts is our Inclusion Manager.
In her role as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leader,hermain priorities are:
- Early Help - Supporting familiesin need of any service that will enablechildren and families as soon as problems emerge.
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health - Understanding the social, emotional and mental health challenges present in modern society and implementing support and training to ensure Meadows is exemplary in supporting SEMH.
- Children in Need and Child Protection - Supporting families at the category of child in need or child protection.
