  • Online safety - focusing on the safeguarding requirements and knowledge needed in this growing area of concern.

  • Leading the establishment of excellent behaviour to keep children and staff safe.
  • Supporting children, families and staff members in challenging behaviour circumstances.
  • Prevent - understanding the safeguarding requirements and knowledge needed to keep our children and community safe from the threat of terrorism.
  • Child Sexual Exploitation - understanding the safeguarding requirements and knowledge needed to keep our children safe from the risks of child sexual exploitation.
  • Children in Need and Child Protection - Supporting families at the category of child in need or child protection.

  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health - Understanding the social, emotional and mental health challenges present in modern society and implementing support and training to ensure Meadows is exemplary in supporting SEMH.
  • Children in Need and Child Protection - Supporting families at the category of child in need or child protection.
