Our School's Development

Each year, the Meadows staff and Governors work together to set key priority areas that drive our school's development to ensure our school is one which works to live by its vision - aspire, grow, flourish!

Our School Development Priorities for 2024 to 2025 can be seen below:

At Meadows Primary School and Nursery, we use our vision – ‘aspire, grow, flourish’ as the foundation of our design, action and monitoring for our school development. While we have a bright and ambitious future planned, we focus on key priority areas each year; it is important that we develop systematically, successfully and sustainably. We know where we are, where we need to go next, and where we move forwards after that. A summary of our ‘AGF Ambitions’; created and contributed to by our Governors and Staff and for the coming Academic year can be seen below.

We have 12 long-term aspirations which guide our school's development. Our annual School Development Work enables these aspirations to rise year on year.
